I want to develop something similar to this five9 Adapter. but i am unable to find some tutorial to develop interface inside MS CRM. It will be highly appreciated if you can guide me or can share some good tutorial for developing interactive interface inside MS CRM 2015, on premises.

Now we are developing web connector for Dynamics 365 as well as for MS CRM On-Premises. Could you please guide for this.

Hi Rizwan,
Building this type of toolbar within MSCRM 2015 Premise is a little different than building it for Dynamics 365. My company, AMC Technology, has built versions for on-premise and online, and it's different approaches. What functionality are you looking to enable? Do you already have a telephony toolbar on the client you're looking to embed?
I would perhaps recommend USD (Unified Service Desk) as an easier integration approach. We built a solution with and without USD and USD has better documentation on how to embed a telephony toolbar.
What telephony platform are you trying to integrate with?
