I am trying to remove the Omnichannel Base solution because it is causing conflict when importing into another environment, but I am getting the following error:

This solution cannot be uninstalled because the 'LocalizedLabel' with id '709f8bf4-e7a5-41ae-b9e2-c15fb7000c40 & 3a0af177-236d-ea11-a811-000d3ac15595(Form)' is required by the 'OmnichannelBase' solution. Uninstall the OmnichannelBase solution and try again.

How should I proceed?
