Power BI Dynamics 365 Business Central Finance Reports - Error when trying to connect data from BC

Hi,

I'm trying out the standard financial Power BI report in BC. But when I'm trying to connect the data with BC I get errors. I have tried to connect to two different companies in the same environment.

These are the errors:

- Column '<oii>G/L Account No.</oii>' in Table '<oii>G/L Account</oii>' contains a duplicate value '10' and this is not allowed for columns on the one side of a many-to-one relationship or for columns that are used as the primary key of a table.

- Column '<oii>Entry No.</oii>' in Table '<oii>G/L Entries</oii>' contains a duplicate value '60196' and this is not allowed for columns on the one side of a many-to-one relationship or for columns that are used as the primary key of a table.

When I'm checking in BC, there is no duplicate values in the tables.

Does anyone know why I get these errors?

Hi,

If we are talking about standard Apps could you please provide more details, such as screenshots? These are standard reports published by the Microsoft Business Central team, so you should not encounter any error messages unless there's an issue with the environment or custom fields.

Hi,

@Ramesh Kumar When I'm inside Power BI I download the app for Finance Business central. When it's done I go to the workspace and apply data to the report by entering environment and company. Then it takes a while and then I get the error.

It should be plug and play as you say because it's standard reports from Microsoft Business central. The error refer to duplicate values in a table which is very strange.
