Good afternoon everyone. I am having a strange issue with Store Operations Manager where i can log into the S.O.M. as the administrator and when I go to the screen to edit an item nothing shows on that screen. All the items are in the item table this issue just kind of popped up at this location. I'm not sure about how to go about fixing this..

RMS is just displaying what SQL gives it. Maybe you need more RAM in the machine.

I'm actually in the process of looking into clearing out un needed records. No were using sql 2008. the size of the database is 6.5 gigs..

What is the size of the database and are you using SQL Express ?

Do they really need 2 MN items in the database ?

well i tracked down what the problem is and it seems as though the store opperation manager cannot handle the ammount of data that is in the table. there are 2 million + records in the table. Ive tried increasing the time out period but that doesn't seem to have any effect. Has or is this issue addressed in one of the feature packs?
