Hello all,
At the current moment, on the contact page in the social pane we cannot view the subject of a phone call record. It shows the description but not the subject. this is something that happened recently and i am wracking my brain to figure this out.
Can anyone help me figure out how to get the subject of a phone call to show up in the social pane on the Contact form?

If I am not wrong, this was introduced in 9.0 or some other minor update as an error and it is now rolled back.

I am using Dynamics 365 V9.1, and experiences the same result as you. But Social panel has limited customization capabilities.So I am afraid there is nothing we can do.
Anyway, you can raise your concern to Microsoft support.
