I wonder if I can create deferent default IDs for each user.
For example, Site ID for User A is "Receiving" but for User B is "Shipping.
if we can do so, both users do not have to change the default ID.
Can we do create the default ID by user?

The users don't want to be bothered even using the drop-down. They want to make the default personally.

On the Sales side (or Shipping), the Site ID can be assigned globally in Sales > Setup > Sales Order Processing - using the Site ID field. This value can be overridden by settings at the Customer Ship To Address Level, for the customer selected on a specific order.

On the Purchasing side (or Receiving), the Site ID can be assigned globally in Purchasing > Setup > Purchase Order Processing - there is a drop-down for Site, with the option of Choose Default from Item Record or from the Previous Line in the PO.
