In GP Smart List Builder, how to pull out customer collection notes typed in GP "Collection Management Notes" window

In GP Smart List Builder, how to prepare A/R aging report pulling out customer collection notes by customer?

We input customer collection notes into GP  "Collection Management Notes" window, as follows: 1) by going to Sales 2) clicking on "Collection Main" to pull out "Collection Management Main Window" 3) picking up "Customer ID" in the "Collection Management Main Window" and clicking "New Note" button 4) "Collection Management Notes" window appears on the screen, in which we type our customer collection notes

    Barbara,

These are completely different from the Customer Maintenance notes.  Even though they are also (confusingly) called notes, they are not just one note per customer, you could have any number of notes for each customer, and these are stored in a different table.  Looking at the list of tables, I believe you will need tables CN00100 (Collections - Notes) and CN00300 (Collections - Notes Text).  These would both be under the Collections product.

I'm not sure if this is the same notes as created using Customer Maintenance window, but I really can't pull them out by SmartList Builder...
