RESCO Mobile CRM - WoodFord Solution opens only in Internet Explorer other than any browser

Hi Guys, 

I'm trying to open Woodford solution in Google Chrome. Anyone can you explain me why RESCO Mobile CRM - WoodFord Solution is not opening in Google Chrome, Edge, or any other browser, but is only able to open in Internet Explorer. Please give me a clear understanding on this.

    This is because Resco still use Silverlight which only works in internet explorer. The best way to use woodford is to go here - www.resco.net/.../woodford.html and install local version

    Hi Pavan Kumar Janjam,

    This article mentions that you need administrator permissions to install the Woodford mobile solution. You also need to use Internet Explorer with Silverlight or Mozilla Firefox.
