Finding tables for PurchaseOrders

Hi all,

I'm trying to query a purchase order or accounts payable to find out details of expenditure. Unfortunately, I'm stuck which tables to use. PurchPurchaseOrderHeader is limited. If I have to join tables, I don't mind doing that. I just need the table names. Can anyone help?

    Hi Crispin, I got some help from Rustem Galiamov which seems to be working. However, just to make sure and to give you an answer to your questions, I'm trying to get a report of an expenditure for the entire year. Everything we purchased from last year including vendor name, product details, quantity, payment amount/type and possibly, Payroll and travel expenses.

    Hi Tes Lee!

    For purchase order check the PurchTable, PurchLine tables.

    For vendor invoice check the VendInvoiceJour and VendInvoiceTrans tables.

    For vendor transactions check the VendTrans table.
