"Phone button" does not work on Contact.

Hello,

We upgraded the CRM at a customer to version 8.1.1.1005.

Now the button for opening the "Phone App" does not work. Nothing happens when you click on it. However, clicking the phone number on the second page still works:

1. Doesnt work:

Is there any way we can change the function of the button that doesn't work so we can fix it?

Has anyone encountered this issue before?
