We charge our customers for first sale a price of $20 when initial order is booked.
When same customer needs a replacement due to wear and tear, we charge them $22.
How do I set this up without creating two warehouses?

Hi,
Is it possible for you to define two price groups? And set the itemprice to be $20 in Group1 and $22 in Group2.
This way, you can specify your price groups on your orders and itemprice will be pulled regarding to it.
