I am getting an error when trying to authenticate an SMTP email account in D365 BC. 
 
The Azure AD Authentication Flow provider has not been initialised.

An identical configuration and extension versions are working in a sandbox environment.
 
Has anyone seen a fix from MS on this issue?

    If the issue persists, it is highly recommended that you submit a request to Microsoft support for further investigation so that you can get this issue resolved more effectively.

    I can confirm I have followed the above steps. The app registration is also successfully sending in a sandbox environment.

    Hi Sir,
     
    Can you please check if you have correctly configured the SMTP email settings in D365 business cemental and If the SMTP server, port, and authentication details are accurate.
    Since the error messages indicates that the Azure AD Authentication Flow provider has not been properly configured or initialized in your application.
    Please Double check if you have correctly registered your application in Azure AD and obtained the necessary client ID and client secret.
