Comments on a Sales Order from CRM

Hi,

In our organisation staff raise Sales Orders in Dynamics 365 Sales (our CRM) and they are integrated into Business Central for posting by our Finance Team. 

Our staff members would like to add some commentary to the Sales Order in CRM (below the Sales Order Lines), however, I can't see how this can be done.

Can you help?

I know how to add Comments to a Sales Order in BC, I just don't if the comments can be added in CRM and then integrated through to the Sales Order in BC.

    Hi both,

    This is to inform you that there's a suggestion for the functionality you're asking about. Also I'm happy to inform you that this is on our backlog for Spring 19 release.

    Ni Notheastman,

    For an on-prem installation you where able to extend the sync fields inside the CRM-BC interface.

    On the cloud version this is not possible at this moment.

    Have a look at using Microsoft Flow to achieve this outside the standard interface.
