    Hi Khiat,

    I think of 2 possibilities:

    1. The SO was indeed changed by other user and the version you have on your screen no longer up-to-date. In that case, you'll have to get the latest version first (by ctrl-F5 I think). Then check the order contents.

    2. Some customizations is causing this error. This would require developer's investigation.

    Regard,

    Dominic

    Hi Khiat,

Can you indicate if you have modifications on the sales orders? If so, please check the code first. Otherwise provide some more information how it could be reproduced and the version (incl CU number) of your AX2012 installation.

    Hi Khiat

Try to figure out the problem checking the RecVersion field of Table SalesTable through SQL Server Management Studio.

    More info at sashanazarov.blogspot.it/.../debugging-update-conflicts-with-x.html

Additionally, Try to use Trace Parser also.

    Hi guys,

I had chance to see this error. Our customer did post all selected SO by themselves (not via batch job), and posting picking list, packing slip were ok. But posting invoice were failed. Just some of them were posted. Then they posted again, it happened again. And one more round need to be done.

They are using 2012 RTM CU5.

Actually there are no customisation for posting. Are there any suggestions to help us to verify this weird issue?

    Thank you.

    Ryan.

Do you post more than invoice for the same sales order?
