I am installed AX 2012 and uploaded contoso demo data using Test Data Transfer Tool successfully.
But i am deleted some records from AX table. I want that data again in that table as it is.
Any option how to update or reinsert that records in Database again.

You can also use the Test Data Transfer Tool to import data in single tables.
ax.help.dynamics.com/.../run-the-test-data-transfer-tool-beta-for-microsoft-dynamics-ax
If you import only one table, only the data for that table will be truncated and re-inserted.

Can you explain your reply? If you deleted the records, you can insert them using the TDTT again. Read the documentation an try to get that single table updated. Otherwise you can also try to insert them manually if you know all values related to these records.

Unfortunately in my Environment all main account is deleted means no demo data for main account.
So i want to insert only demo data for main account i am tried with TDTT but that is not worked for me. Any other option to insert demo data for main account.

What exactly did not work for you when trying TDTT? As many tables are having a relation towards the main account based on a record ID, this is the only good option. The records needs to be inserted with the original record-ID.
Another option would be load the demo data from scratch.
