Hello,
How can I tell what user deleted an AP Batch. I can't seem to find that batch number anywhre

It is possible to retrive the deleted Batch details from backend. Execute the below query in solomon application database to display the list of deleted Batches with Deleted userID and Batch deleted date & time.

Query:

Select BatNbr, Lupd_User as 'Batch deleted - User', Lupd_DateTime as 'Batch deleted time' From Batch Where Module='AP' and Status='V'
