How can I pull out how much reports on the top 10 vendors that purchase with us from a certain date or month?

Hi,

I'm very new to Navision 2018 and hope to learn more.

May I find out how can I pull out reports for below in Navision on the top 10 vendors?

1. The top 10 vendors in the month of February only?

2. The top 10 vendors from February to May?

3. How to find out who is the top 10 vendors for current month?

    Search assisted Setup in NAV 2018

    > Select "setup Reporting Data" 

    > Create New

    > Added Name , Vendor Ledger Entry page

    > Open Excel in Last stage

    repeat this for 3 time as you required three reports

    > Added in filters of posting date as per your requirement of data.

    NOTE : Excel Addin must installed on your System

    Thanks for responding to my query.

    After I set up the report, I don't see the excel button before I click post.

    1. So after completed other than your way of extracting the data in Excel, is there any other way?

    2. How do I remove this being completed?
