Quote to Create Order Pop Up CRM 2015

When clicking Create Order from a Quote you get a Pop Up for Create Order with the fields below. Is there any way to modify this form? I would like to set the Don't Update Opportunity to be the default selection.

Status Reason=Won

Date Won=Current Date

Description

Close Opportunity

Actual Revenue

Calculated from quotes

Don't Update Opportunity

    Hi,

    No, unfortunately you can't edit that. That's actually a form for "Quote Close" entity and it's completely locked down.

    You could create a new dialog that does the same thing as this form and you can add any fields you want. Then you hide the built in button and create one that looks like it, and nobody will notice a difference.
