i`m adding access into path Path Tax > Inquiries and Reports > Electronic Messages > Electronic Message Items and its ok even on basic duty from d365 "Operate electronic messages" i`m able to open that form but i dont see there any data, its empty. When i switch on my admin account its ok I see there records. Any sugestion ?

On the Electronic message processing setup form, you can link security roles to each processing record. If the user is not having one of the roles provided in this list or the list is empty, the messages will not be visible. There is an exception for users with the system administrator role.

how did you solve this?
Thanks André for your suggestion - I did the checks and the necessary duties are assigned to the role, the role can access the form, but cannot see the content..

You have to setup the security roles on the processing.
Navigate to:
Tax > Setup > Electronic messages > Electronic message processing
In the FastTab Security roles you have to add the specific roles.
