Under BP Company Setup is the option to switch between pre-defined Approval Heirarchy chains.
We have a Test and a Final heirarchy setup and have been, oddly enough, testing with the Test version.
When I try to switch over to the Final I get an error message:
"You can't change the approval heirarchy because at least one document is assigned to a role or user in the existing approval heirarchy"
Ok. So I have a Purchase Request hanging out there. Somewhere.
I tried to find it via Employee Center>Requisition Management Pages>Purchase Requests.
I used the query of Assigned To My Roles and Requisition Manager. Nothing returned.
I am logged in as the site admin and this login is part of the Test Approval Heirarchy.
So where is this Request and how do I remove it?
