Hi Sumaira,
D365 will let us set filters for report data before running D365 reports.
The default filter is 'Modified On in last 30 days'.
You can modify this filter to the time period you need so that you can run weekly, monthly, quarterly or anualy reports.

I'm not sure what you mean with run weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually reports but I believe it's related to filters of reports. How to start with development of reports you can read here - docs.microsoft.com/.../create-edit-copy-report-wizard
