Workflow on alternate SOP Entry window

Hi all,

I am using SOP Entry window of an alternate product, but not Microsoft Dynamics GP product due to additional custom fields added on it. Now, I would like to use GP Workflow for SOP Quotes on that alternate SOP Entry window. I appreciate if anyone can tell me the possibility. If it is possible how can I achieve it?
