What does this Infolog mean? We are unable to run our master schedule and now are wondering if this has something to do with it.

I can't see your screenshot or the post in Vilmos's thread... but.. try the Recalculate BOM Levels job

And if you're using Formula items, you might need to get hold of KB 3178134 first (Recalculate BOM levels does not correct BOM levels for raw materials in certain Production\Batch order scenarios causing MRP Explosion problems).
