ReportI have a weird situation with selling a Gift Card. It errors with Invalid amount at the point of activation. I know it has something to do with level pricing. If I change level pricing to Standard it works fine. If I change it back to Level A then then it errors. Gift Card Pricing is 0 on all levels as it should be. I have 7 stores they have been working fine. I have only 1 store that sells on level pricing and its having this issue. If I allow them to change the price of the card in the sale with Level A pricing it will work. I am trying to keep employees from changing prices so I have disabled the right for all. Mercury support has been useless they dont understand enough about RMS as I have tried to explain how it works. They are supporting their product and its install which works fine in all cases. This is more a RMS issue. Any ideas how I can work this out?
