Hi,
Occasionally I have to adjust inventory layers to add freight or in this case demurrage charges. We have multiple lot numbers and I tried to adjust the cost on multiple receipt numbers at once. I am wondering if I am doing this correctly.
How should I adjust the cost when I have multiple lot numbers?

I have the same question (0)Interesting post - I would try one lot number at a time and see if GP behaves differently. I have used the utility to adjust lot costs before but never attempted multiple lots at a time. A couple of other questions maybe pertinent maybe not - What version of GP? I assume manufacturing is installed? Do you have access to a test company or test environment? In situations like this I would also adjust lot costs with the manufacturing dictionary disabled - just to see if GP behaves differently. In older versions of GP the manufacturing code sometimes altered native GP logic.....just a couple of thoughts - let us know how you proceed?
