We will create a manual N:N relationship for Account and Price List.

Step 1. New an entity for intersect.
Step 2. New N:1 relationship between this entity and Account, Price List.
Step 3. New some fields for the conditions.
Insert these filelds and two lookup fields (Account, Price List) to the form.
Step 4. New a view, keep the columns as Price List and conditions fields. Publish all customizations.
Step 5. Insert the intersect entity sub-grid on the Account form, select the created view.
Step 6. New the intersect entity records.
In this way, on the Account form, there is a sub-grid to show the Price List and the conditions.
