    Hi Alexandra,

You can try to follow the instructions from the below mentioned link:-

    support.microsoft.com/.../2696987

    blogs.msdn.com/.../we-receive-http-errors-while-accessing-the-crm-federationmetadata-url.aspx

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,

Do you remember if there was any recent modification? If there was no deployment of new code or customisations neither a server update (like windows update) it could be something filled up the database or jammed the crm asynchronous service. You can try to recycle the CRM services, or\and IIS. And eventually reboot the server.

This error can also happen after an IFD setup

I have reinstalled rewrite_1.1_amd64_rtw file, recycle crm services, but still the same error. I haven't done anything before crm started displaying error.

Is there a way to save my solutions with scripts, with no access to site? Because I have no idea what to do, but reinstall crm. But I don't want to lose my solutions.

    hi Alexandra,

do you get the same error for the end points:

    [Your Organization Root URL]/xrmservices/2011/organizationdata.svc

Not sure if that will do (also depend of your crm version)

If it is returning something, you may be able to use one of those free solution managers

    crmsolutionmanager.codeplex.com

    xrmtoolbox.codeplex.com

You can also try to back up the database and try to import in another CRM instance (if the problem is with the crm setup rather than the customisation)

I have found the solution. In IIS, Application Pools, CRMAPPPool, AdvancedSettings->Process Model->Identity I have retyped the crmapp username and password and it worked.

    Thank you for your support!
