Direct email without using a template

Hi All, I want to select a small group of contacts and send a direct email from CRM without having to use a template. All my large marketing and information emails are handled by MailChimp however I have a need to send quick text emails to small groups without the hassle of doing a campaign style email. My staff are currently keeping their own mail list is exchange and doing bcc emails to get around this which is defeating the purpose of having the CRM in the first place. All feedback greatly appreciated.

Easy way is by doing ondeman workflow to send email..

You can add text and configure some dynamic values like contact name etc in workflow and send.

Then set required field, like email To, CC, BCC, Subject, Body etc.

Once workflow is created, you can select contacts to whom you want to send email and run workflow..

email will be sent to those users.. without email template..

Thank Mahadeo, I have worked through your solution but I was hoping for a solution that popped up an outlook email that I could just type in and send without having to train my staff on how to set up an run a process every time they want to send a direct email as this could happen several times a day. Do you think this is possible?

If it is different email for each contact and every time different text then you need to send individual either by using crm email or crm outlook client..
