I'm not able to find the correct table for WORKFLOW, from where we can update the workflow steps in a bulk.

Hello All,

We are updating the workflow and its steps for individual approvers. How can we update the workflow steps in a bulk?

For Example: For one approver, we need to update the amount limit who is a part of many approval workflows, manually we can update highlighted field but from which table we can update the amount for too many workflows? I'm not able to find its respective table from where we can update the data thru SQL query.

Workflow step buffer appears to be the table. Basing that on doing a page inspection/about this page on the list part. Generally helps you identify any table.

    Exactly

As Josh stated the table including the information about the Condition is Table 1507 - Workflow Step Buffer.

No table was mentioned for "Event condition page". Also Workflow step buffer table is a bit tricky. Field "Condition" is of "Text" type. and where data is being stored for "Filter Page"

I would tread very lightly here and be sure you're working in a testing environment and not production. It MIGHT be possible to do what you're doing, but I definitely agree with it being "tricky". From what I've seen OOB workflows were intended to be functionally extended with code but not really created or modified with code.

Do let us know if you're able to make some progress though.
