marketing page blocked as "Going Live" status

When i click the "Go live" button it changes the status of my marketing page to "Going Live" but its blocked there, i made several marketing pages and encountering the same in every marketing page.

    Hi Fariha,

    You may try restarting the portal.
     
    Steps:
    1. Navigate to admin center Applications
    2. Select Portal provisioned for organization
    3. Click on Manage
    4. Manage portal actions
