Dynamics CRM 2013 IFD logon error

Hi Experts,

I'm trying to setup IFD with DCRM 2013. and I get a error message below when I logon.

    • Activity ID: 00000000-0000-0000-1d00-0080000000d9
    • Relying party: CRM IFD Relying Party
    • Error time: Sat, 03 Jun 2017 07:58:57 GMT
    • Cookie: enabled
    • User agent string: Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; MSIE 10.0; Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; Trident/7.0; .NET4.0E; .NET4.0C)

 my Env. info

CRM Server: Windows Server 2012 R2
ADFS Server: Windows Server 2012 R2 

I enabled Forms Authentication in ADFS management, and added ADFS server to local intranet zone(follow this information: https://goo.gl/ipLS1H)

however, the problem is still there. what configuration I need to check? or reset IFD settings?

please give me some suggestions, Thanks.

    Hi!

    Look at the error details in the Event Viewer on ADFS server. There you can get much more information about the error.

    Can you please attach the screenshot of the error?! Thanks!

    Hi Dynamica Labs,

    Thanks for your suggestion ! I forgot to check Event Viewer on ADFS Server.

    There is a error "An error occurred during an attempt to build the certificate chain for the relying party trust '<URL>' certificate identified by thumbprint '<thumb print>'. Possible causes are that the certificate has been revoked, the certificate chain could not be verified as specified by the relying party trust's encryption certificate revocation settings or certificate is not within its validity period."

    And we can fix it by this reference below.
