How to activate "An external App or Device" ?

Hello everyone,

We are working with a company specialized in webinars and live stream.

As soon as we create a D4M event, we add the members of this company as team members to the event (for the exemple here: mailing CRM is member of the team). They asked us to activate the RTMP function so that they can broadcast it on their professional equipment.

I'm trying to activate it directly in the teams settings of the event with the "an external app or device" function but I can't.

Hi Arnaud,

Please refer to the following section which may help you.

Produce a Teams live event using an external app or device (microsoft.com)

In fact, it's not an option which can be configured in Dynamics. It is controlled by Teams.

So it is recommended to post your issue to Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Tech Community or Welcome to UserVoice! for further help.
