We have an API to our parent company's environment. The runtime is exceeding the 5-minute Business Central limit. Is there a way to extend the 5-minute limit?

Hi, if this is the Cloud (SaaS) version, we have no way to modify this limit so far.
You can submit an SR to the Microsoft support team to see if they can support changing this limit.
