Try this
navappprofiler.codeplex.com
Hello, receiving the following error: "EtwPerformanceProfiler.EtwPerformanceProfiler.'EtwPerformanceProfiler, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null"
Have you followed all the steps from the documentation, when are you getting the error, did you copy the DLL to the client folder.
There is no direct code coverage in the NAV 2013 but there are few addon that do this for you.
Application Test Toolset for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 : blogs.msdn.com/.../application-test-toolset-for-microsoft-dynamics-nav-2013.aspx
Check this also : www.mibuso.com/dlinfo.asp
as tharanga mentioned you can use the nav 2013 test toolset.
follow http://www.mibuso.com/dl.asp?FileID=1505
here a description of the tools and how to use:
them.community.dynamics.com/.../application-test-toolset-for-microsoft-dynamics-nav-2013.aspx
I have followed all steps. I'm having the error during compilation of page 50000 Performance Profiler.
I tried with test toolset but I am using Nav 2013 R2 and the toolset seems to work just for 2013. I received an error with the Timer dll.
try following:
import the toolset to a nav 2013 cronus database.
then export the nav objects of the toolset (object ids between 130000 and 140000) as text files. import the text files in nav 2013 r2. compile.
there is an article about using the toolset in nav2015. maybe there are some hints for you:

waldo's description of the toolset:
http://www.waldo.be/2013/03/07/nav-2013-implementing-the-application-test-toolset/
i also tested the tool "code coverage for nav 2013":
www.mibuso.com/dlinfo.asp
works fine in nav 2013 r2. consists of 2 page objects (50020, 50021). it's a quite simple tool. has a recorder, shows the used nav objects and the hit ratio. the used code can also be displayed.
This works fine with 2013 and 2013 R2
