I received a call from Security MicroImaging Corporation and they are trying to capture the A/P invoice number when a user looks up an A/P invoice. They said the field has to be enabled (not greyed out) so that they can capture the invoice number so they can search their files for the scanned invoice. All the fields I find on a look up after the invoice is released are greyed out.

Does anyone know of a solution for this or have worked with an imaging company before that could tell me how they do the lookup.
