Correcting the posted receivable sales transaction

I am using MS Dynamics GP version 10.

A recurring receivable batch was entered on March 1, 2011.  This recurring receivable batch was posted on April 6, 2011 with a posted date of April 6, 2011.  This recurring receivable batch should have a posting date of March  31, 2011.    How can I correct this batch's posted date?

When you voided the receivable transaction, it should have created an entry to the GL to reverse the original GL posting.  Is there a GL batch sitting out there as a result of the void that needs to be posted?

I voided the receivable transaction in the receivable batch but it is on my detailed trial balance.  How can I delete the entry from the g/l?

The correct way to do this is to void all the transactions in the batch and re-enter them with the correct posting date.  Another option is to post a reversing journal entry dated 3/31 with a reversing date of 4/6.  A final option, though risky, would be to change the posting date for the transactions directly in the SQL tables.

    Hope this helps,
