Hi,
I have replaced my database computer for the first time and it was able to be access by another store directly just by changing the Database IP,
However not with the new computer in I cannot longer do this I can ping the machine however cannot connect
The store has another Register Running on it so it does not seem to be a Network Issue anything anyone can think of?

Definately sounds like a firewall or antivirus is blocking the connection.
Make sure SQL Server or port 1433(default) is allowed through the firewall.
Check the firewall (windows) or Antivirus programs on both the computers.
