Error in import users from All users: Authorization Required

Hi All,
 
We are getting 'Authorization Required .' error after clicking import users button in All users.
 
Can anybody please help on this.
 
 
 
Please note I am able to create users manually by clicking on New.

    thank you @Anthony Blake I tried the steps and it is working fine now. It was issue of certificate and entra app registration.

    Looks like it could potentially be the certificate issue for Cloud hosted dev environments.
     
    Take a look at the steps to resolve here:
     
    It involves a certificate and an entra app registration.

    Check if your D365FO environment is properly linked to your Entra ID tenant.
    If not, you may need to configure the environment to securely integrate with your tenant.

    Hi,
     
    I would first try it with SysAdmin role. In the end, its two different buttons that can have different permissions on it.
    Second, I would check if there is a setup on Entra to be made. I am not familiar with Entra setup, but I could imagine that your user or some permissions are do not allow to export data from Entra.
