Hi, i just want to create SSRS project using Dynamics 365 Fetch as SataSource. I have installed:

- Visual Studio 2013

- BIDS for Visual Studio 2013

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Report Authoring Extension

And this what i have tried:

1. Create a connection string:

https://mito.crm5.dynamics.com; my org unique name

2. Specified Credentials

The result tell me that my credentials was wrong. But when i tried to login into CRM Online using those credentials, everything was fine.

What was wrong with my step above ?

I normally use the url to the Organization.svc , which you get from the developer resources, and I've never had problems with that.

Do you use different credentials to connect to different organisations ? If so, I find that VS doesn't cope well if you have cached credentials. Normally the symptom is that you can get prompted to connect multiple times, but it may be that you have some incorrect credentials cached, and it is using these. Try clearing the credential cache on the machine (or running VS as a different user with no cached credentials)

    Hi,

https://mito.crm5.dynamics.com; my org unique name <--- changed into https://mito.crm5.dynamics.com/ my org unique name

I just tested in my environment, everything is working as expected.

I also recommend you try to install visual studio 2015 and give a try.

If in the end , nothing is working, contact Microsoft support would be the best idea.

Hi, i was used the org unique name. In my crm organization. The org unique name showed as a number like org unique id but without "-".

I.E : if org unique id is : 708ac-0812bc-8181  then my org unique name is: 708ac0812bc8181.

    Hi Fikri,

like stated before you have to use the organization name, not the organization id
