Hi Everyone,
I have a client who is using InGenius addon in Dynamics CRM to Integrate the phonecalls to CRM and which works fine but found that its degrading system performance . Is there any alternate to this tool which has no such issues.

Hey, @Ravi. Are you still stuck with the same dilemma? I’d like to suggest you check out Tenfold as a substitute for InGenius. They’re both web-based and works well with Dynamics CRM but Tenfold won’t negatively affect your system’s performance since it’s a chrome extension - a huge time saver, easy to set up, and has got tons of features compared to other CTI solutions in the market. You can also request a free trial before signing up for a subscription, which is a big plus!

This tool is already been setup I was just reviewing the perfomance of CRM after installing but found that the system is running slow where as the I created clone of the same instance without this tool and is working fast. Can we replace skype with InGenius or is there any tool in the market which has no issues.
The organization is running on 2015 on line and will update to 2016 in the future.
Hi Ravi if your performance is being effected then you will need to review your infrastructure as other solutions may also cause the same issue?
If your using on premise then you may need to review your server resources, and also client terminal specs.
Please share more details on your setup?
