Main Account not appearing in Management Reporter

We are suffering with one issue where some MainAccounts are not appearing in Management Reporter at all. We tried to post several transactions but none of the transaction is appearing in Management Reporter. The same account we used in other companies with different account structure but the result is same. We tried to build DataMart multiple times but the result is same. Accounts are shown in staging table of ManagementReporterDM but we are clueless about the real issue or what to do them.

We are using AX 2012 R3 -CU8

Management Reporter - CU12

If anyone can help us out if there is any issue in the account setup / configuration or something else related to Dimension.

    Ludwig,

    What information you are looking for? For a testing purchase, I have created a standard trial balance and all accounts I have checked they are available in MR. Other transactions are very well appearing but there are some accounts that are stuck. Also I checked all setting in MR but nothing found issue.

    Hi AHSAN MINHAS,

    So, you have not used wildcards but specified the accounts you used individually.

    Also double check that there are not report row or column filters that prevent you seeing the data and that you run the report for the right period.

    If this is all in place then please check your MR configuration and check that the MR services are running.

    Is any of the MR Reporter reports running and does it show some data?

    Yes I have not used wildcards and specified accounts directly. Simply added accounts from add chart of account option.  There is no filter as this is my report that I used for AX TB and MR reconciliation before going into further financial reports.  

    MR services are running as I mentioned only few accounts I have issue and rest of accounts and transactions are appearing. Regarding service, integration and full integration is working well.

    These accounts are appearing in the MR staging table means there is something wrong but what wrong I am unable to figure out.

    From front-end everything is perfect so need to investigate in the tables. What tables get updated when any account is created and added to account structure?

    Hi AHSAN MINHAS,

    What you might check is the integration console of the MR and the logs that are recorded there. They will hopefully indicate of what went wrong.

    In the Integration Log there is no such but in the service log I found this error

    Name property of DimensionValue, 1025|MAINACCOUNTCATEGORY, is whitespace.

    Parameter name: Name

    I will check and update Account categories where missing and then see the result but in the same time I found some other accounts having no account category defined but showing result in MR. Let me check it first

    Yest it worked. The account was missed account category therefore was not picking up in Management Reporter. After rebuilding DataMart, all accounts appeared now. I will check their values but hoping things will be OK.
