Workflow approval levels

Dear,

In PO workflow we have 4 levels of approvals.

1st level <= 6500

2nd level 6500 to 22000

3rd level 22000 to 45000

4th level >= 45000

(conditional Decision)

My question here is, if my PO is 48000, business required all three levels need to approve and final 4th level person will approve the PO.

                                 If my PO is 26000, business  required two levels need to approve and final 3rd level person will approve the PO

Is this possible in AX. Please let me know.

    Hi,

    Yes, it is indeed possible, see below approach 

    1. You need to use managerial hierarchy.
    2. You need to create signing limit policy in org admin and assign the policy to the LE.
    3. Create job rule and the amount there as you addressed.
