Workflow editor tool not getting download in D365 for operations

Hi,

When I try to edit a workflow, it always asks for a credentials. It was working fine before but suddenly it has started throwing error as shown below and it's not getting opened.  Has anyone faced this before? any hint for resolution?

    I could get rid of this error by running command Rundll32 dfshim CleanOnlineAppCache on command prompt.

    I got the prompt to download the workflow editor and then login popup. but after adding credentials it didn't do anything. No any error or message. Just nothing happens. weird.

    I was missing the class name to be set in the property of the participant provider i created for the one of the workflow document. After setting it, everything works fine. So I learnt that every required properties should be set correctly  before downloading workflow editor.
