Project Resource Assignments Grid not saving time in hours

Hello,

A PM user reported a issue where he updates resource assignments for a specific resource to hours instead of hour/minutes in the grid, but the change reverts back to hours/minutes as highlighted below.  Has anyone one seen issues like this before? I am able to set the hour to 5 and the value sticks. This is only happening with this specific resource. In the meantime, I am currently looking at Microsoft D365 PSA bug fixes timelines to see if I find anything relevant.
