Power Automate flows with F&O business event trigger do not work after data refresh

We have 4 environments, dev, test, preprod, prod. We also have flows that have been moved from dev -> test ->preprod -> prod.
We performed data refresh to dev where we basically copied prod to dev. After that dev environment's business events have stopped working.
 
What we have tried:
- creating a new flow with different business event triggers, including custom business events that we use in other environments and just any batchjob starting. None of them seem to work
- Flows have been re-created, saved, turned off/on. Nothing seems to work.
- Business event settings are same as in other environments where they work
- Business events have been re-created and the issue persists
 
In a nutshell:
Whatever we do data refresh seemed to make business events stop working specifically in dev environment and we can't get them to work again.
Any ideas how to make business events to work?

    Hi,
     
    The below link from Microsoft, says that Business events endpoints get deleted with refresh
     
    Did you check the business event setup and made sure that you re-configured it properly and that you have active endpoints?
     
    Did you debug the custom Business events and mafe sure that the code gets called?

    What I understand from your question is that the production flows are still working, but it is not working anymore in a development environment after a database refresh. As Layan mentioned, this is a standard behavior. The reason is that there is a link on the Flow ID. This is unique per flow. If you copy the database, a production flow should not be linked to e.g. a development environment.
    If you have a flow using a business event, try to go to that flow, disable it, and enable it again. I should recreate the business event endpoint. (I haven't tested this myself, but when disabling a flow, it also removes the endpoint configuration and gets recreated when activating the flow).

    Has anyone made it past this issue?  We have the same problem with our onebox environments.  We deploy them with the Power Platform environment, but power automate isn't connecting now.  This was working with 10.0.36 prior to redeploying the environment on 10.0.39, and I can confirm this is still an issue with the 10.0.41 LCS deployed onebox environment.
     
    Our UAT sandboxes and Production function normally.

    You most likely have to reauthenticate the trigger, since the user account might not be imported in that environment.
    Can you try that?
