Microsoft Dynamics GP (Archived)

Was posting AP Checks and my computer locked up.... Help!! PLEASE

I am in the middle of posting a/p checks and my computer has locked up.  I cannot do anything.  I looked at the task manager and it says GP is not responding.  

What do I do now?  I can’t even end a task, that screen is frozen too.

I am afraid my check processing is not going to process and I have already cut the checks….

    That's absolutely one of the worst nightmares that I would ever have. If you are lucky enough, look in the batch recovery window after you close down the system, In case it is there, you are on the safe side.

    Otherwise, go for the prerequisites before any further deep digging which are check links and reconcile. In case that never worked as well, you do need to dig in for manual correction since some of the transactions would be posted either fully or partially.
