Email Application AAD Registration page does not exist

Hello.

I'm trying to set up sending e-mails from current user account on On-Premise deployment that uses Azure AD auth.

I have set-up new application on Azure AD and following MS documentation. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/admin-how-setup-email#connect--to-your-app-registration

But on my BC Client I cannot find Email Application AAD Registration page anywhere. Neither by search nor navigating menus

Is this deprecated or something?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi

What is your BC version? Can you check Future Management page and see if you activated Enhanced email?

    Thanks

    Thanks

Can you go to page 4509? in BC SaaS I can add this page at the end of url but do not know about on prem.

    businesscentral.dynamics.com/

Or through configuration package download the below table.

    Create Configuration package

Add table 4509 to it. Then export to excel. Then fix the url and upload back.

Thank you! This actually helped me find it and insert the needed key.

But it's not all ready to go yet. When trying to send out email from Current User I now get "Resource could not be discovered." error.

This could not be related to permissions since I'm admin with SUPERuser permissions.

Or does this feature need 365 Online Exchange/Hybrid deployment and therefore is looking resource at Exchange online and cant find it? I can't find information on it.

    Hi

I wish I know the answer. Since I do not have an access to on-prem version I cannot provide any help. But at the top of the link that you provided it mentioned that it does not support hybrid setup. Do you use hybrid setup?

I hope some other experts can help here.
