Do we have Greenfield Optimization Options in Dynamics 365

Your question is not specific enough, can you please explain what exactly do you mean by Greenfield Optimization?
In IT terminology greenfield means you have a new implementation of something that did not exist before. All project implementations which are not an upgrade from a previous version are considered to be greenfield.
You started to ask questions about Dynamics 365 for Operations if it has this or that functionality on the forum. I suggest getting in touch with a Microsoft Dynamics AX Partner in your region who should be able to get back to you on the specific questions with more details, or even organize a demo:

You could do this pretty easily with Power BI with your existing data, but there is nothing built in to do this. It is often a data driven issue as you would need geographical coordinates for all deliveries... Power BI can take the address and map it through The use of their Geo Visuals. Then addresses can be plotted based on the Map APIs built in.
