Bank Reconciliation

We've come across an issue with reconciling the bank for the 01/06/2017. There are numerous deposits and increase adjustments that are not appearing in the "reconcile bank statement" window. However when I look in the "chequebook balance enquiry" window they are there. Could someone please let me know why this could happen and how to get these transactios appearing in the reconcile bank window.

    Could they perhaps already be reconciled? Check the CM30000 files to see if the missing transactions are in there.

    I don't think they could have been reconciled as there are many other transactions for that day and wouldn't tie back to the statement balance. Then again anything could happen in GP.

    However how do I access the CM30000 files. Where are they located?

    Hi,

    You will need to connect to the database via SQL server in order to see the raw data in the files. However, you can go to the Bank Transactions SmartList and add the Reconciled column to your list to see if the item has been included in a previous reconciliation.
