When i forget to "Add Phone Call" as an activity under a lead or an opportunity record, and then work on adding them later i do not have a chance to edit the time, date, duration of the call the same way i used to do before the update. Any ideas on how i can edit the "Add Phone Call" activity?

    Sounds like you may be using the new Process forms? If so, you will need to go to:

    Activities -> Choose Phone call from the ribbon -> manually set the regarding field to the Lead/Opportunity you want to link it to. From there you should be able to edit the other info. The new forms only allow you to create closed phone calls/tasks.
